Hey girl!! I haven't commented in forever, but I just wanted to tell you that I will be thinking of you, and praying for you throughout the rest of your pregnancy, and birth experience. I actually had a client give birth on Halloween, and I had all of you mama's on my mind who are getting ready to do this incredible thing. Kristin, you will be amazing! I have no doubt of that. I didn't use any music or aromatherapy, but I'm not really a music person to begin with. If music helps you relax, use it. The best thing for me was walking around, swaying my hips, and audibly breathing. The more you can relax the better. Getting in the bath helped a lot too. You're going to have a lot easier time because you're on your third. You totally can do it! The pushing part is a piece of cake. So if you can just make it through all of the contractions, you're there! If you have any questions or need any encouragement before the big day, give me a call. Erica has my number. Good luck!
