The Weiss Family invited us to go ice skating with their family Monday night. They are pretty much professional hockey players (for real), so of course we said yes!! Lexi was so excited and insisted on wearing an "Olympic dress." We were a little wobbly in the beginning, but eventually caught on...kind of.:)
Lexi was seriously a little natural! Roscoe ventured out a few times, but decided he was perfectly content walking a long the side of the ice. Ha.
It was such a great family night! I think we will definitely make some more trips to the rink!

every year i tell chris that we need to go ice skating and it never happens.
smart to go to a place indoor :)
i think that's part of my problem...it just gets too cold outside for me to even enjoy a fun activity like this.
i feel like i would be so good...haha, but knowing that i can't even rollerblade backwards makes me realize i'd probably suck.
some people just make it look so easy :)

Oh what a fun night! What great memories for those kids. The green dress was beautiful. She is such a girl. I loved seeing the Rock Star as usual. Where's my littlest girl.
this was SO fun! It's not always a hit with little kids. They did so awesome :)
